• Extensive experience in the identification and preparation of project formulation, technical backstopping, reviewing agricultural development proposals including environmental feasibility studies and institutional arrangements.
  
  
• Implementation of participative planning among farmers and other stakeholders to facilitate the transition period for easy adoption of proposed technology improvements.
  
  
• Capable for analysing constraints of conventional agricultural situations in developing countries and countries in transition and present innovative agricultural proposals in the form of clear and concise report.
  
  
• Ensuring advise on practical improvements to existing farming systems, formulate crop budgets and defined the technical parameters for the establishment of farm models for the financial and economic analysis.
  
  
• Budget holder for the administration and supervision of projects, including formulation, supervision, implementation and selection of consultants.
  
  
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access, and Lotus Notes. Extremely familiar with internet resources and usage.
  
  
• Fluent in Spanish (Mother tongue), English (Working language) and Portuguese. Regular knowledge of French.
  
  
• Good time and organisational management skills
