For 2000-2001, many projects have been formulated and initiated in Africa and Asia

Participate in the formulation of the following projects:

• Eritrea (RAF-AGSE-AGLL): TCP project under SFI formulation.
• Kazakhstan (AGPC-AGSE): TCP project proposal. In the pipeline 2002-2003
• Kenya (RAF-AGSE-AGPC-AGLL-AGAP): project document drafted. Official request from the government is expected 2003
• Pakistan (AGLL-AGLW-AGPC and AGSE): TCP project proposal. In the pipeline 2002-2003
• Tanzania (RAF-AGSE-AGLL-AGPC-AGAP): official request received and a draft project document has been prepared by RAF. Discussions are continuing on several issues most notably on the availability of TCDC experts. In discussion
• Uganda (AGLL/RAF/AGSE): TCP project proposal. Finalisation of the project document 2002-2003
• Uzbekistan (AGPC, AGSE, AGLL, AGLW) approved and executed
